We can consult, prepare reports and testify on a broad range of valuation and financial modelling issues that arise in commercial and financial disputes. In particular, we can act as an expert witness and provide reports in relation to the assessment of commercial damages (including interest), discount rates or business valuations. We have prepared expert witness reports for a variety of claims and clients, including recently in a very large (>$500m) commercial damages claim involving multinational companies.

We have specialist knowledge in relation to the calculation of damages in accordance with the principles in Hungerfords v Walker (1989) 171 CLR 12.
